Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Banee Hanee Designer Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To maintain transparency and clarity, we request you to review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.


BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

All of our products are made-to-order or crafted in small, exclusive batches. To avoid any inconvenience later, please take the following steps:

  1. Review Product Details: Thoroughly read the product descriptions, care instructions, and specifications.

  2. Size and Fit Assistance: Refer to the detailed size chart provided on each product page. Use our size recommendation feature or reach out to our support team for assistance.

  3. Estimated Delivery Timeline: Kindly note the delivery timelines mentioned on each product page. Delivery times may vary based on product type, customization, and your location.

  4. Custom Made Orders: For personalized or custom sizing requests, our team will contact you within 24 working hours to finalize your measurements.

  5. Standard Size Selection: If you choose from our standard size chart, we will assist you in selecting the most suitable size. Please note: size alterations for children’s wear are not supported.


GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS

  • We offer exchange only for eligible products. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations or size exchanges.

  • Exchanges are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or if the product is received in a damaged condition.

  • Custom-made, personalized, discounted, or international orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • You must raise an exchange or complaint within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at baneehaneeofficial@gmail.com or contact on +91 99251 10595 with your order number, a mandatory unboxing video, and clear photos of the issue.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Any item not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.

  • For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, used, laundered, or tampered products will not be considered for exchange.


EXCHANGE POLICY – ELIGIBILITY

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Manufacturing Defect or Damage: If the product has any defect or damage on arrival, verified by our team.

  2. Exchange Notification Timeline: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. No exceptions.

  3. Unboxing Video Required: A proper unboxing video is mandatory to process an exchange for any damaged or incorrect item.

  4. Quality Check Process: Returned items go through a thorough QC check. If approved, an exchange will be processed.

  5. Shipping Timeline for Return: Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 2 to 3 working days of approval.

  6. One-Time Exchange: Products once exchanged are treated as custom orders and are not eligible for further exchange.

  7. Availability-Based: Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. If the exact item/size isn’t available, customers can choose an alternate item and pay any price difference.


NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  • Customized, tailored, or personalized products.

  • Products with added elements such as sleeves, dupattas, or modifications.

  • Discounted or promotional sale items.

  • Products purchased with loyalty points or gift vouchers.

  • International orders.

  • Items with missing packaging, labels, or those that appear used, washed, or damaged after delivery.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders for pre-order or customized items can be not cancelled after placement order.

  • No cancellations will be accepted, or once the order has been processed.

  • All cancellation requests must be emailed to baneehaneeofficial@gmail.com with the order number.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any cancellation request. If accepted, the amount will be reversed to your account within 5–7 working days. No cash refunds will be processed.


FAULTY, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

  • We conduct strict quality checks, but in rare cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders:


MISSING ITEM OR DISCREPANCY IN CUSTOMIZATION

  • Contact us within 24 hours if you receive an incomplete order.

  • Customizations are re-verified before shipping, but any mismatch should be reported with photos (measuring tape images where needed) for resolution.


SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES

  • If a reverse pickup is not available at your Pincode, the customer must ship the item to our warehouse.

  • For exchange cases due to damage or defect, shipping charges will be borne by us only after review and approval.

  • We are not responsible for any damage during transit from the customer to us.


OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Product images are for representation. Actual color may slightly vary due to professional lighting during shoots.

  • Once a product is used or worn, we cannot evaluate its durability or exchangeability.

  • No alterations will be made post-delivery unless specifically agreed upon, and at the customer's cost (including ₹150 alteration fee and both-way shipping).
